Seven WAys to Determine the NEed for Deliverance
- Emotional Problems – Persistence or reoccurring emotional disturbances
- Mental Problems – Disturbance in the mind and thoughts such as doubt, confusion, and indecisiveness.
- Speech Problems – Uncontrolled use of the tongue such as lying, cursing, criticizing others and gossiping.
- Sex Problems – Reoccurring unclean thoughts regarding sex.
- Addictions
- Physical Infirmities
- Religious Error
- False religion
- Christian Cults
- Occult and Spiritism
- False Doctrine

Return of an Unclean Spirit
Matthew 12:43-45 – “When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So also will it be with this evil generation.”
Spirit of Infirmity
Job 2:5-7 –But stretch out your hand and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse you to your face.” And the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, he is in your hand; only spare his life.” So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord and struck Job with loathsome sores from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head. (Note the enemy accused Job first stating he would turn from God if his health failed.)

If Your Brother Sins Against You/ Unforgiveness
Matthew 18:15-17 –If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.
1 John 4:20 – If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
