Please, Let Me Reintroduce Myself

Hey Y’all! It’s the top of the year, and I just wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself to many of you as it’s been a while seen I’ve told my story.

My name is Kimberly James. I am the founder of Balancing Life with Christ, aka blwc21.

My Background

I’ve been in church all my life, with a stint of a party in the middle. I was raised Catholic in Kansas City. When I turned 16, just before Confirmation, I felt the need to worship somewhere else. My good friend from school invited me to her Baptist church, where I fell in love with the teen bible study and learning the Word.

We All Fall

I was on fire for Christ; then, I went to college. Let’s just say I partied for a while, got married, divorced. After experiencing heartbreak and constant identity influence, I found myself right back in front of God, needing his help and love.

I spent years seeking God like never before through fasting, prayer, bible study, and group discipleship. Through that process, I found my true identity in Christ, purpose, and my voice for God.

Redemption

Since then, I’ve remarried to an amazing man – my purpose partner. I’ve overcome fear to launch Balancing Life with Christ, author Just Pray and No Drift, and launched a coaching and consulting business.

I’ve helped women across the country realize their potential and build the courage to follow their dreams with my signature, Journey to Boldher program. And looking to do the same with the Just Pray Mentoring Program starting January 10th, check out the link in bio for more details.

Thank you for letting me reintroduce myself. You can hear more of my testimony on episode 2 of the podcast on Apple or Spotify.

We’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment below or follow us on IG and leave a note there.
